Our main aim at Grey Consulting is take our clients to the next level. That means different things for different clients.  For example, for start-ups it means business plan development, and for well-established firms broaching a transitional period, it  means dotting the I’s and crossing the t’s, so that no stone is unturned and that the entire journey is as smooth as possible.

Having worked in the business since 1989, we feel that we are established enough to be able to “see the unseen.”  This means that having seen and worked with a variety of different firms and various stages, we are now experienced enough to anticipate (or even predict) what is needed next.  We always do this however, with the complete participation and involvement of all parties at the client’s firm.  We are also happy to consult others in the industry for expert advice when needed.
